Thanks Jamie. I'm almost right, just got this horrible aching pain in my hips. I'm walking less like an old man now. I visited the chiropractor the other day and she said 'I had multiple problems'. When I told me wife that she said "Well, we all know THAT". I am very flexible, and when I overwork my core muscles they just give up and my spine collapses, like those ladies in Africa with those really long necks and the rings on their necks (when they take the rings off; I imagine...).

I may do SOME climbing, and maybe just pushups and chinups today at lunch time...

You think? I would have kept on going, I think it's a bit bland

    Hot Shower, Stephan's, Warm Oil
    Dirty Bird Scuttle
    Custom Badger Brush
    Nancy Boy Cucumber Shave Cream
Corvette, 6/8 Full Hollow, Austria Phoenix EVH Steel
    Ambrose Strop, 100 laps
    Razorock Aluminum
    Pinaud Bay Rum
    Vaseline for men

Nice shave today. The Corvette edge was very nice and the combination of the thick badger brush and the nancy Boy lathered really well.

Enjoy the rest of the day
