Nothing fancy here. I keep mine in the medicine cabinet. Straights in the shaving mug, top right. I coat the straight razors' blades with a very light coat of mineral oil. I've not seen any type pf rust in 18 months.Mike

I put all my straight razors and related equipment (minus hanging strops which are in the bathroom) in an antique machinist chest.

The razors in a plastic pencil box with a patch soaked in Ballistol. The pencil box and strops in the gun safe for humidity control. Quite humid where I live.

Thanked: 458Razors in the medicine cabinet, strops hanging on the wall. if they hang, they'll generally stay straight and avoid falling dust.
63% humidity or so is about where rust starts to occur. My basement bathroom is less than that, but other parts of the house aren't, especially the garage (which is heated) where my tools are kept.
