BTW, getting loaded in Houston Texas, heading to Carlyle Saskatchewan.
Nice weather for the weekend in that part of Canada. Safe travels.

+7. Coming up on five years. I use the same soap and brush every day and still look forward to it.

A day without a good shave is like a day without sunshine for me.

Since I've started with SR shaving, it's so efficient that the next day, I really don't NEED to shave. And if I do skip a day, I'm still amazed at how effortlessly a sharp straight razor removes a couple of days of growth.

But most times, I can't wait.

And if I have a new razor, or soap, or brush to try the next morning, I can hardly sleep.

So, yes, I still look forward to my daily shave!

That's great guys, I'm glad I'm not alone in my new found "addiction."

One thing I can tell you guys, I haven't had any more tiny whiteheads form on my neck. Those were a constant problem when I used an electric or Mach 3 razor. I assume the straight razor stays much more germ free and being soaked in oil when not being shaved with limits bacterial survival also.

To the truck driver.....stay safe on the road man and watch out for "four wheelers." LOL. Seriously, it's the car drivers that are the biggest threat on the road.

The killing of everyone was the easy part, the most difficult part was lathering them up and shaving them, that's the part that freaked me out the most.

My schedule lends time to shave in the evening after my baby goes down. This really has caused an amazing change to my day. I scrape my face and its a melodic almost trance inducing end to my day. I love the stress relief...though it does mean my nightcap comes later.

After 30 some years with straights....you bet I look forward to a daily shave. My problem is choosing which razor out of 160 or so, to use for the day.

160 straights? Seriously? You’re the guy that has them all! If you ever want to sell a few, i’m Your man.

    Sanb,
The proper response would have been

Only 160 straights? Seriously? How can you expect to get a good shave?
