I like to catch up on some podcasts, fly-fishing to be exact. Sports shows next.
Definitely not a comedy show! I tried that once and it was one of my worst shaves ever! Could not concentrate on what I was doing. Laughing too much!Testing

When SWMBO isn't home, I'll put on the classic rock channel on cable tv, and rock out.

As quiet as I can make it, I'll even turn off the fan/HVAC...
I especially like the sound/feedback as I shave the sideburns....Support Movember!

As long as I am aware of where my dog is, music or no music if fine. Jimmy Hendrix blues, and Stevie Ray Vaughan for me. If my dog wonders in the bathroom it is usually complete silence because half my focus is on him. Before I was used to shaving with a straight he likes to nudge me on the down stroke.
150 pound English Mastiff is like a little push lol.

Shave time is "me" time -- Like Tsunami above, the voices in my head are enough entertainment.

Thanked: 235The time for my shave is usually just after my almost two year old daughter has gone to sleep. So usually just the sound of razor cutting whiskers and sweat dropping on the floor (shaving in the tropics, no ventilation in the bathroom). But on the odd occasion when I get to start my shave a little earlier I like to listen to podcasts. Science history, or medical.

Sometimes, silence. Sometimes, a Shoutcast channel (1930's-40's music). Sometimes, the Goon Show.

Thanked: 3228Usually shave between 0400-0600 so it is in contemplative silence so as not to wake SWMBO and the pup.
