Old pic but it was a good cut needing super glue(I've never sutered my own face before). The ex SWMBO surprised me in the mist of shaving.

Now that I think of it, she may have been hoping I was on a neck pass...
Luckily it blends with other scars from the Army.
It left a perm scar that routinly gets coments at shave gatherings..LOL

And we have a winner!! (Don't worry though, I have a similar scar on the tip of my nose from a straight, but it's too old to take a picture of!)

Kalerolf--nice one! That's a good tag of skin you got lifted, man! I bet we missed some good flow in the earliest moments. That's such a hard question: first aid first, or photo first? Now that I keep a camera by the sink, my goal (?) is photo first. Blood flow is nature's crud-flushing mechanism, after all. And there's nothing in the bathroom that'd hold a stain. Not since I had to get rid of that mat in front of the sink, anyway.

    Thanks for sharing.

I'm assuming you're a marine, so my response is How did you end up marrying a woman who can't stand to see you get a little dinged up? You guys train with real knives, don't you?

Yep, most stories behind these pics involve regrets about hurrying, or letting the mind wander. I shave at night so I always have time, and the focus is like my nightly meditation.

    Best wishes to you.

A U.S. Marine deterred by nagging?!? Unheard of!
I've found the simplest solution to avoid nagging is to not get married.

But then you miss the fun of being right sometimes and saying, "I told you so."

"If a man speaks in the woods and no woman can hear him, is he still wrong?" See, I'm avoiding that whole conundrum.
