They were made by Grae and Plumacher, along with several other trade names. It will be a very nice razor, they all were.

I have a Böker Arbolito on back-order (I couldn't resist), another Illinois Razor Strop (even though I really didn't need it), and a Zulu Grey Hone (I have HAD, and countless other disorders).

I hope you like your G-12. I love mine. I also got it in hamada and blue. Warm lather through at least 4 passes. My wife even likes it. Says she wants to drink out of it. Lol.

I have my freshly honed Dovo not in the mail but on my desk after being in the mail! I CANNOT wait to go to work!! How often do you hear that?
