Found for the right price at the usual gettin' place (ebay). Perhaps not the fanciest Wade & Butcher out there, but I'll finally have one to call mine, I'm kind of excited.

WOW!!!!! This is the best thing I've ever used to strop a razor. Put a very fine edge on the Thiers Issard I used this morning. 3 stages on the strop, Miller pre-strop, Linen, and then the SRD Premium IV Bridal leather....
I now can see why Obie uses the one he does, I got a nice edge like the one on the razor I bought from him.

I am waiting on a strop from Aframestokyo. I ordered a #50000 Kanayama two piece strop. Why a 50?. Well, I had spare suede piece in my cupboard and so I decided to make it a complete 3 piece like it's brothers the #70000 & #80000. So the best available 2 piece strop as far as it's specs are concerned, is the #50000. It's thickness is at 4 -4.5 mm making its Cordovan piece the equal of the#70000. So, it is likely to arrive on next Monday.
