Won this rolls razor on the bay a few days ago. Thought they were very interesting a mix of a straight and a regular razor. Complete with box pouch and instructions. Seen a lot of them go for quite a bit more than I paid. So I'm very happy, now time to wait

Just won this Lord & Harvey:
A(ntique)RAD striking again.
Looks like someone tried to grind something out. Looks like the configuration of the blade had not been really affected.Last edited by Kees; 07-16-2017 at 05:24 PM.

So am I. this is the only one I've seen up for sale complete. And also most have been for way more in cost. I'll clean it up and put pics up when it arrives.

Very nice. Since diving into SRs, I've been intrigued by those Rolls Razors. Would be perfect for when I go to the south end of the state to visit my family!
The problem is: I can be a bit of a cheapskate, when it comes to spending money on myself, especially for nonessential "wants". They don't normally sell for "absurd" prices, but they are also rarely sold "for a song" when they are whole. That's alright, I am patient .
Your's is surprisingly complete, as they don't usually have the cardboard box, let alone the leather pouch. And the black sharpening stone is easily broken (when the kit is dropped, etc).Decades away from full-beard growing abilities.

Aloha Gents.
Nothing too exciting, but I have my very first "SYNTHETIC" brush coming this week. First one ever. Plenty of Badgers and Boar and a Horsehair, but never anything synthetic, so finally trying a "Vegan" brush for kicks.
Also ordered a bottle of Clubman Citrus Musk. I've been using Lime Sec for a very long time, and it's high time for a switch;
