This one is on the way home after new scales and honing by gssixgun. This will give me a good edge to compare my other razors to.

Thanked: 4A couple of good things on the road.
1 - More than 2 years, I was looking for this beauty new, untouched - NOS Hayashi Diamond 8000.

Sweet score all the way around. That Diamond 8000 is the top of the line in the Diamond series razors and very difficult to find. Congratulations and enjoy!

Thanked: 4827Man that Diamond is a sweet score. It is getting harder and harder to find anything NOS these days. The Diamond in purple scales is indeed on my list of things to look out for.

Thanked: 315Glen has sent me some stuff he evaluated for me. I went ahead and had him restore a blade that I'm currently repairing the scales to as well. I think it is going to come out pretty nice. I'm looking forward to seeing how the blade turned out.
