Indeed, Tom! I asked Glen for a second opinion. He had just enough time to add this item to his Watch List before the deal vanished.

It's a later one without the 'Fourtyfour' on the scales.....13/16?

Size was not listed in the auction. I had presumed that the Hess 44 came in only one size. I'll measure the blade when it arrives, but I am guessing the size is more like 11/16.

I have one....
Tight to 7/8 and a roundpoint.
Next to an 11/16+.....Big and long.

I had a Mappin Lancet edge razor in the mail. I now have it in my hands! Mu ha ha ha
