I love fixed handle razors. I am finding that I enjoy using them more than any other razors I have. The last couple shaves I have even used traditional kamisoris and I even like them more. The only drawback is that the blade is so short that I have to clear them of lather more often.

Huge shout out to Outback fir being a customs go between.
My desire to save money cost him a pretty penny due to the size of box these came in..
My appreciation will be creatively expressed buddy,.

    Default Boker

Well I got his coming. I am new to straight razors and have no experience with Boker, only my TI, but have read good things. And it looks so damned pretty! It was on sale with a 25% discount! I tell myself (and the missus) it's an early 50th birthday present

It's a Boker 5/8 Damascus, horn scales (not sure which horn but I love how it looks)

I've got another vintage strop coming my way, a C-Mon Blackie!

What brand did you go with for contact wheels?

No name from ali express. Biggest wheel is 6”. Worth the risk considering the price. Gave them all a quick spin and they are concentric and don’t wobble at all, I guess I won’t really know until I get everything up and running. Shipping was unbelievable, 6 days from Hong Kong and free shipping.
