Haha! Ya, it's still warm enough to just run the engine with the heat cranked for a few minutes! It's coming though, leaves are falling. Soon enough I'll have to wipe the dust off of the treadmill & elliptical. Too much ice to run in the Alberta winter.

In the evening after the run, the organisers invite you to join what's known as the "Polar Bear Club". A swim in the Bell River at midnight. Fortunately, I never took them up on that offer. :D

Spent 6 years in Fairbanks, Alaska. It was a beautiful place but I must admit I don't miss ridiculous sub zero temperatures, plugging in vehicles or long dark winters. Conversely the summers (however short) were awesome and the fishing was completely insane.

I know, indoor bike riding not fun, I like crashing in different locations too.:-)

An 8km trail run this morning with some hill repeats. Will cycle this afternoon and if I don't have a hangover from tonight's party, again tomorrow morning.

Oh, I almost fogot, tripping over my own feet in a dirt trail almost as much fun as a stationary bike ride :-)

I would had swam all of 2 meters before crying

Heavy workout yesterday, now I'm extremely sore today.

-Drop sets Benchpress.
-4x8 Dumbbell Rows.
-4x8 Shrugs.
-3x10 Barbell Curls.
-4x12 Weighted Calf Raises.
-3x10 Squats.

Got back from a 30km cycle earlier and as I put the key into the front door, the heavens opened up.
