Finally got out on the bike today.. 20 miles along the Mohawk..

I did a two mile run on an easy trail this evening. I've been off for about a month but figure my performance today was about equal to three months ago. I
A 66km ride this morning, giving me 158km for the weekend and 240km for the week.
I could feel my quads this morning after yesterday's exertions but I'm happy with my fitness level with 2 weeks to go to my race.
Db bench press 22.5, 27.5, 32.5, 37.5kg x8
Db incline press 27.5kg x8 x4
Db decline press 27.5kg x8 x4
Db flyes 15kg x8 x4
Shoulder press 50kg x8 x4
Front lat raise 12.5kg x8 x4
Side lat raise 12.5kg x8 x4
Bent forward db reverse flyes 10kg x8 x4
Barbell shrugs 130kg x8 x4
Made reps on flat, incline, decline bench and flyes. Will up flat and flyes next week and see if I can make the others again.
19k long run on Sunday, got trapped in a Netflix binge and didn't do my 5k yesterday.
Did intervals at lunch today, I really dislike the treadmill, but is nice for intervals. 6k total, 5 x 400m at redline.
