Some.militia we are, our leader is pissed, our marksman is going for an early night, and I too need to try and get some sleep, I woke up 19 hours ago. Not that I feel that sleepy.

Yeah, goodnight guys and sorry to Phrank who has just joined in. Cindy went to bed in disgust an hour ago, but it's Friday and I'm hanging with the lads.

Tomorrow is a lazy day, Sunday I hope for weighted chair pushups and hill sprints and /or outdoor bouldering traversing...

What's this about me taking an early night?!?! I'll have you now it was 2330, or there abouts when I quit the joint, and I was up again at 0530.I planned for a 0600, but the middle mickette came in to dob the little mickette in for raiding the fridge and pinching the oldest mickette's candy cane that was given to her by a friend at school. It was guerrilla warfare first thing here, what with dawn raids, sentries screaming out warnings and the screams of the injured! A good damn thing I got the rest when I could .

I did. I took off for a 30 km ride this morning. Near bloody killed me. And the lycra crowd were out in force this morning too. Smug bastards! Just because they can go faster...

Gets kind of harsh on the manhood riding on flat tyres. And I don't know that I could be bother with taking the time to pull up the councils well manicure park grass, nor would I think they would like it too much me pulling up clumps of dirt and grass where the kiddies are supposed to be able to play. No I think I would just use my bike as a club and knock one of those lycra dudes off of their bike and ride away on that....
