So What Are YOU Stropping With???
I have one NOS army strop and more modern, new Starmann strop

However, my most important tool to stop before, during and after shave is palm of my left hand. I learned from Mastro Livi and I strongly suggest to have a look at this video and try for yourself. If works very well!

I don't use linen, I strop sparingly, 10 max. 20 passes on strop, 20 on palm of my hand.Last edited by Tomdraug; 10-06-2016 at 05:48 PM.

Two-tone stropping here. Red-pasted Herold linen off the coticule, followed by horsehide. Horsehide for day-to-day stropping. Black Latigo or white-pasted Herold linen for touch-ups before hitting the red paste again.
