Hey, I try to be a nice guy. Normally I do not allow anyone else to censor my own website but no biggie, I can do this. I would ask for one small small favor, though. In the future if you want me to change something on my site, please PM me with your requests/suggestions. It's the right thing to do. Let's keep it happy in here. As a final peace offering I will now attempt to have the thread title modified.

Hum....Firstly, this is not any one individual's website. Consideration for all is required of all.
Speaking for myself, I would never say anything in PM's I would not say here.
The small favor needed is for all to consider that this is a multifaceted community before posting.
It's about having class.
Similarly, Gold Dollar sales with 'special' edges has been determined to run contrary as well.
No point in beating that dead horse. Not difficult to see.

With all respect, I assumed it was my website that was bothering you, since obviously I cannot by myself change a thread title.
If it is my selling of shave ready Gold Dollars that bothers you, well, I don't know what to tell you about that. That's what I do. I believe there is another thread somewhere for arguing the relative merits of the brand. This isn't that thread. I was all set to "defend" myself on the usability of these razors for a minute there, and then I remembered that according to the forum rules, there is a special thread somewhere set aside for discussing them. I don't know where it is, can't find it, not interested anyway. I am not here to discuss them, but to announce that I am selling them. And I would never sell a razor that I can't or won't shave with.
Not trying to be mean or anything. I think I have demonstrated a great deal of diplomacy and accomodation here. Anyway I think we are going off topic. so I will take us back to our regularly scheduled program now.

Thanked: 13I think he was talking about HIS website https://www.crescentcityrazors.com/ which IS his website. I dont believe he was talking about this forum as he specifically said his website and not a forum thread but thats just the way it looks to me.. That said I think this has been fixed and now is over with as he corrected what he was asked to. I have a GD 66 from a friend of mine who "fixed" it and they can be nice when you make sure to correct all the problems a factory one has.....

There is one. Do a forum search and a few dozen will come-up.
Always begins with someone like yourself who rides-in and stands on a box proclaiming himself to be the tamer of GD's with a special honing thing with it's own special name. Always a Jaro in the crowd shouting AMEN! Always ends the same.
We tend to be traditional and concrete here for the most part.
Certainly YOUR site is YOURS. It's what you do......
But hey! Don't take my word for it. Carry on!
You won't hear from me about it again and never would have were it not for the snake-oil sales presentation.
