I had to make a little run to the Hardware store. But while I was there I picked up a little piece of Walnut board. Got home and cut it up for scale material. You can never have enough I say.

I also put together a couple of razors. There were just blades so I dug through my drawer and came up with two sets of scales that fit perfectly.
This first one is from the Electric Cutley co.

This one I had made some scales for but I was just not happy with them. So here it is in a good set of Black Horn. Medaille 89 (French Blade).

Nice work, Jerry-That 1st one has almost exactly the same profile as an Ern Ator, so I like it!
I also have a drawer full of figured walnut blanks if you want some.
Yea, I like that blade design on the Electric, too. Love those big domed collars, looks good, Jerry.
Nice work.
Little off-duty work of mine :)

Unmarked blade with inlay of copper and aluminium or lead.

Thanks, guys.
The Walnut I got was just sold in board feet so it's not fancy. But it should make for some nice scales. Not sure I know what Figured Walnut is Aaron. I put together another razor this morning. Cast Steel Warranted is all it says. Thick tang. I put it in some molded butterscotch scales. It's just 2 pieces that fit well together.

Last night I honed up 5 razors. I need to work on figuring out why the wedges I hone seem to be lacking towards the heal half of the blade. I don't have this issue with more hollow razors.
I now have 5 more to hone this evening. I'm not used to having this amount of time off. And now I can't go anywhere so I might have to start drinking more or something.
Titanium is so very stiff. How thin is that titanium?
