Thats why it warped in the first place. Ive noticed with the scales I've had to restraighten, one of two, or both problems exist. Pivot hole is not straight, or wedge pin has not been sufficiently tightened, allowing the scales to move.
Yours is a challenge . do the holes line up now?
Straighten them and see, if so.. File or sand the scale to match the good one.( had to do that on a few sets, almost all, and open the pin holes slightly as well .

Holes did line up as removed, even with the warped one slightly longer. Thinking I might make up a jig with the pins set as per the backside scale. Don't have a heat lamp, but I do have a heat gun with three temp settings on it, maybe the medium heat will work.
No harm in trying as if it doesn't work, I planned on replacing them anyway.

Not traditional in the slightest but neither is putting scales on a kimisori and that's what there for. Titanium scales that I am in the process of hand Sanding, then I'm going to Polish and anodise them. Name: uploadfromtaptalk1455565284853.jpg

It really is pointy and sharp. I was walking in from my workshop shed in the dark and I had to put the razor in my pocket for safety as I thought if I trip I could scure myself.

Looks gorgeous William. Love that shade of blue, very iridescent.

Look at those perma washers inside ugly Filly scales. Off to the grits and buffer.
Your only as good as your last hone job.

Fantastic William! Those came out great. I've always wanted to do some scales in metal. I think that is the ticket there. I'll do it sooner or later.
