If that old razor could talk!
Re-knotting a very nice Rubberset handle. I used a couple corrugated cardboard discs to block off the hollow handle and get the loft right. Just need to glue in the new badger knot.

Andrew , what do you think about using Quarters?! Make it worth 50 cents more! Forgot, Canadian quarters! Tc
Ha, Ya I can use Canadian quarters. Actually, I got American quarters too.... How bout one of each.
How about a Loonie TC? Fits perfect and nails the loft at 50mm. Now it's worth at least 50 cents (American) more!!

I think im just gonna use something like Howards Feed & Wax on the Wenge, not sure how it would look with Shellac. I have CA but i'm not sure i want to go that route...yet. Anyone ever use the Blue Mahoe? I'm not sure what to finish that one with either. I'm gonna poke around online to see if i can find any answers but i figured id throw it out to you guys. Staining and finishing wood has become one of the unforeseen things i truly enjoy about this hobby.
Steel, stones, wood and wax..
