What are you working on?

Its the first time I've used it.
It seems to be bydirectional, ill post some pics, the grain changes when looked at different angles. The CA for wood takes a little longer to set compared to regular CA and gives good strength to the wood. The cool part about the CA is you cant screw it up, like if you sand through just put another coat over the area and sand it smooth again. Its really cool stuff. Any outback hilljack ( like myself ) can use the stuff with amazing results.

It was saweeet.
No bounce, rock steady.
Each tap was like using a deadblow hammer. Just solid.
Used it for first time on the razor previously posted.

That was the same way I felt. At first, I thought they were too long but Mike apparently looked at the blade on top of his pattern first which is what I usually do. He did a great job on it!

I don't take orders so much anymore. I want to take time for my own projects and razors.

But this one....... Couldn't refuse :)

Saw that one on the bay. Lovely scales.
Went for a few shillings too so I'm happy it's in good hands.

It's good stuff, have used it a lot. I use two different kinds, the quick dry that is good for the first application because it soaks in deeper, good for stabilization (not true stabilization but thin wood is great). And then the slower drying so that it doesn't dry as fast, a little more time to work. I'm going to be changing it up though because i think mirror coat might be better. On porous woods mainly ones that need stabilization I'll let the quick dry penetrate and then after dry, sand and use mirror coat. Mirror Coat is tough and easier by far to work with. IMO
