Yorkshire Steel Co. The chip on the toe might explain why this has never been honed in its life.
Still working on it, gently reshaped the toe and still need to get rid of some "schmutz".
Before and after, now with a bit of dignity.

I know...Every time it comes up in rotation I go 'HOLY CRAP!' . It is sick. Just sick! Like driving an old sports car with a big V8. Steer it with the throttle! Still, if the blade had not been reground thin from a wedge, long ago, making the notch too thin, thereby being eliminated, combined with the better part of some original scales and collars, crammed in.........It might well not exist.
Just love the thing, really!Last edited by sharptonn; 07-21-2015 at 02:53 AM.
