Okay, okay!!!!!
I just have a little more trying to understand electronics & I was a Harley guy plus I didn't have any problems doing electrical repairs, finding shorted circuits, grounded wires & such. I can read flowcharts & such but this is different. When I do this, I understand already about powering the laser itself & what I found was they were using power supplies but said not to tie the laser itself into anything else & some lasers I found were dc powered & if I had to do that, I already figured I could use a separate ac adapter to power the laser & use the power supply for the scanner or printer for the rest of the unit. I also know I will need a computer to drive it & I have an older Dell Latitude I could use or I could just use my Apple. I might have to get with B52 if I don't understand something.
I may come up with some ideas & someone else might implement it before me which is fine. I'm happy to be of some help & I'm very proud of B52 & his accomplishments on this. That's why we are all here to help others out right? I'm here to learn & help out in any way I can.
And...................Tom, I'm so glad you're here because w/o your wit, it would be boring as hell. You're also a big help. Bill cracks me up too & I picture him just like his avatar! :roflmao
Thanks, Richard, Tom, B52, Machine gun Mike, Bill, Jonathan, Harold, Mattheus, Thug, Andrew, Rob & others I haven't mentioned who have helped out on this thread. You all know who you are & not all necessarily in that order either!
Well....The 'Butchered' thread ain't the most fancy, for sure.
However, it is quite the nice one! Thank You as well, Steve! :tu

Cheers gentlemen and thanks for all the awesome projects
Oh! That DOES look quite nice! :D
The beer, I mean. The scales will need to be seen. Should be neat!
I was able to pick up a $30 kit from hobby lobby. More curious how the resin hardens and if it will be a suitable media for my new stock of glitter. Courtesy of seņor mike
Watching cartoons with the girls this saturday morning and had some time to go through this crazy ass thread. You guys are doing some amazing stuff. Seems to be a plethora of men, with the gift of skilful hands............ and brains!!!! Mustache Mike, you are doing some legendary things recently. Very impressive! Please keep hosting all the meets so I can watch you do some of your madness!!!! and of course I wan t to see some f these restores in person.
I suppose I better hop on the band wagon too, and start sucking up.... So what kind of a brush did you want Mike???? Ahhhh! I can't even bribe him with that. Dang guy makes his own!
Looks interesting dm. Molding without having to degas the curing mold is a neat time saver.
Look forward to seein the progress shots. Haven't started to cast anything up here yet, but I hope to this year.
:beer1:
And nice choice in pint there, dinner and dessert in one glass!
