I also think it is funny and enjoy it. Since I am responding to all of them! It would have saved him the hassle if he just took proper pictures of it and wasn't being such a weasel. Did he already refund your money for the purchase?

Yes. Actually if he would have apologized and said he sent me the wrong razor would i accept it for a lesser price I would have been happy with five or ten bucks and an apology. What I wanted the most was him to say sorry, my mistake, I may have even been content with that.

Glad it finally turned out well and better than you had expected too.

Thanks for this post.. I have recently posted a few 7 day sets on ebay, and didn't think of posting pictures of front and back for the potential buyers. I assumed that the pics I provided would provide a fair view of the quality of the razors I had offered for sale. Tomorrow I will lay them out and take photos of them all, front and back to show they are all representative of the quality my pictures represented.

If anyone is after a 7 day set, or an escher hone or coticule, the ebay username is underpantsandy... but please wait 12 hours so I can upload front and back pictures. If anyone wants to look, one item number is 251907404740 , and from there you can see other items for sale. I regret putting these up for auction but Vet bills have forced my hand

I am sick to death of being emotionally bludgeoned by Canadians constantly sticking it in my face that they are the center of the coffee universe. Coffee, then plywood, then oil sands, poutine, Gretzky, Mike Meyers... You are so full of yourselves.

That's pretty funny. Although most of that on the list has already been exported. If you want really good Canadian made plywood you have to shop in another country, Mike and Wayne are in California, no poutine in the west, Starbucks is an American company. It's terrible.TE]

Canadio-centrics apologetically rub our noses in the 20th century Blue Jay humiliation although, it was so long ago, I forget the year(s) - '92-'93? I was still a child. At least when The World Vegemite Champion Australians ask what country the US beat in the World Series we can still (sometimes) say CANADA!

So, is the razor with the secretly disturbed backside on it's prepaid way back to Aka_Fugi the Magnificent? Just trying to keep on topic.

what's your call on this then ?

<Very Good+> condition razor with only 1/8" or so of hone wear fully through to the belly of the grind

I say jipped by falsely advertised product combined with rather dubious photo techniques
there appears to be a track record here of misleading the public I think
awaiting a response from the seller about this

Hmm, I am no professional but I would not call that item very good. Maybe it would be considered a fair... maybe. As for the trick photography this guy is a real weeny. I guess he didn't mention the high amount of toe wear?

I think that the razor you received is not what was pictured. Well it is but it is hiding its flaws. Which after a straight on photo can be seen clear as day.

Good luck getting a response from the guy.

I wonder if Rezdog did yet?
