    What do you guys think of this one? is that proof of cell rot on the blade?

    Well, I guess the cell rot completely obliterated the blade, the scales, and the photo!

    yes, it did. But with a little magic I was able to recover the rotted blade

    It may be, looks like a lot of the blemishes are toward the edge.

    So here is my hypothesis on this one, the black is the culprit on the cell rot.

    Many times cell rot will turn the scales black, it would be hard to tell with that faux tortoise shell, but the crap on the blade tells the truth.
