I have to confess that I had to search the www to find out what blooming is. Dictionaries on line did not have the answer. I keep my soap and creams in tubs and screw the top back on. That keeps the surface moist enough for me.
I saw a video of a guy blooming his soap in a gallon size jug filled with some scented water for 2 hours. He claims he loses about 25% of soap every time he does that.

Woohoo!!! I finally snatched up one of those sweet hybrid razors!
Incoming, one Rolls Razor!!!
It may have a rough spot or two, but considering I paid more for the flat-rate shipping than my winning bid, I'll be tickled as long as it functions perfectly!
This, along with a few purchases of restoration tools lately, will have me quite satisfied for a while! Or at least until I can make some sort of income from this hobby, rather than spending....Decades away from full-beard growing abilities.
