You wodnt know without seeing it but the middle drawer IS a drawer. Not a pullout for a keyboard!

I have always wanted a large old roll top. No second hand shops around here.

Just brought this dressing/make-up table in from the garage. Over the last week i had been finishing it up. Its vintage so made of some decent wood. The side panels had gotten wet and were rotting away so I removed them and lut in 1/4" panels that slid right into the grooves. Made up some new glue blocks, then put some trim around the bottoms to hide a few more ugly spots. Stained and sealed with satin clear. When we bought it someone had slathered super high gloss clear on every inch of it. It was rough to the touch, gobbed up in corners and drips down the sides and front.

Much better now and the wife is happy.



Now for that Kitchen floor next week!
