Im having a crew take down my fencing (chain link) around my back yard and having a cedar privacy fence installed. I told the wife I could do it but she wants it done now and not 3 weeks from now. So no fence right now. So I had to build a pen for the dogs...
30 bucks worth of wood and parts of my chain link fence. Should be good enough for a few days. I even gave them a tree to pee on.It's just Sharpening, right?

Your contractor gets an ATTA BOY!
Why you may ask? Because the posts are on your side of the property line! So many people are what I consider inconsiderate by placing the 'Nice Side' of a fence on 'their side' and the neighbors have the post side to look at.
I'm sure that your neighbors appreciate the way the fence is being put in.Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.

Thank Roy. In my opinion, I don't like to give people a ladder to get into my yard! Plus with steel posts and the posts being covered in Cedar also, it gives it a nice look.

Around here whoever puts the fence up has to put the posts on their side.

I 'think' that having the posts on the side of the person who is putting up the fence is 'required or regulated by law here' but with that said, I can show many examples where it wasn't done.
I can and always will be an 'A-hole' when I need to be but I do try very hard to work with those around me and that includes neighbors. Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.

As Tc will attest--my shop gets quite warm in the summer as the garage door faces south. I've used regular box fans to cool things but they were a hassle being on the floor or even my lay down freezer. So I decided to do something different.
While it's designed to be a fan that's set on the floor I wanted something different. Here's the sellers pic--
Here it is in my shop/I like that I can adjust it:
I flipped it so that the controls are in very easy reach.
It's not in the way of the lid for the freezer as the lid doesn't open to a 90 deg.
Now to put those box fans away 'somewhere'.Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.

Do those put out more air than a box fan?
