Thanked: 4207I’m in the AZ limbo myself.
Git my first shot AZ, now they say no more AZ. They want me to mix..
Just what I didn’t want.
Now I play the waiting game..

I used to live in SW Missouri. Only one guy from my old group stayed, somehow everybody else except me moved to Texas. Well the guy from MO said they are seeing high numbers again. Then this morning someone posted this link on FB.

Thanked: 557My wife and I got our 2nd Pfizer a month ahead of when it was orginally scheduled last Tuesday. She felt crappy, not sick, just “off”, for a couple of days. All I felt was a little tenderness around the injection site.
So far I have been very impressed with the vaccine rollout in our area. Painless and efficient thanks to the health care volunteers and the systems folks who made the scheduling software work after getting the bugs out.David

My wife had her 2nd Moderna shot last Thursday. She hasn't been ill from it, but listless and sleeping a lot.
I have my 2nd Moderna shot on 30th June. Both were about a month earlier than expected.
I don't intend to behave any differently after getting my 2nd shot as far as masks etc but I do have some thoughts on the subject.
The Canadian Government, or Rob Ford in Ontario at least should I think give some guidelines regarding those fully vaccinated.
My feeling is that unless there are visible benefits over just the safety aspect, there isn't any new incentive for others to get vaccinated.
I also think that if fully vaccinated people don't get given some guidelines, they may well just make them up for themselves eventually.
Like I said, I will be behaving exactly the same as i did before the shots, but a few benefits would be nice.

Thanked: 3228The increasing predominance of the Delta variant is of great concern to the Ontario government and behind their push to accelerate second dosing.

Because of the growing problems on both sides of the border with the Delta variant I'd rather they keep the border closed to all but essential travellers for the time being.

Steve, what bothers me around here is nobody is wearing a mask any longer. My wife and myself have had the shots so We stopped wearing the masks unless a store requests it. At that point Im happy to put one on. The issue is I know not every lerson has had the shots. If they want to risk there lifes I guess it is there choice.
It doesnt make me feel any better though. Id hate to think I could have made someone sick being a carrier of thevirus and not knowing.
Its a sad time we live in. You ALL stay as safe as possible. Please! It's just Sharpening, right?
