My good buddy deep fries them along with potatoes, onions and many other things.

I get my deep fried food fix for the next year!
The limit is 50 a day with 3 days in possession, 10” minimum, mostly just going to be slabs! If the wind gives us a break we,ll do just fine, if not the lodge has a fine bar

I'd planned on fishin, too. Winds are a bit stiff, outta the north today, temps are down, rain/snow mix this early AM.

And my hot spot is on the south end of the lake.

Oh well....gotta couple wedges that need some work done to um. One is an ongoing restoration, the other needs honed and test shaved.

Other than that....I'm crawling into the crisper drawer in the refrigerator, and becoming a vegetable. Tomorrow is an11 hr. day, at work.

Yea, another weekend upon us. I had an ambitious plan to work outside in the garden and then I got this nerve pinch in my neck so that's gonna be postponed a while.

    What about you?

Sunday is Easter and the youngest Grandson's birthday.
Saturday will be devoted to birthday stuff and coloring eggs.

We will have our Easter Sunday family dinner. Over the years that is down to the two of us and my Nephew with his dogs included. For those who celebrate have a Happy Easter and for those that don't have a happy weekend anyway.

With the wife gone and me by myself, I boiled a dozen eggs just for eating. Egg and salt are great things I'd rather not miss out on. At least I didn't need to color them.
Maybe I will work in the yard if I can. The dog's water bowl was frozen this morning so it's still a bit cool.
My car is finished except for doing the A/C and a tune-up But I think that is going to wait a while. It's a bit cool to worry about A/C and the car runs well right now. I just don't know when or if it has ever been tuned up.

The last time I saw the Shoulder Doc he took my sling away and said I can now lift 1 lb. ha! I've been doing more than that for weeks now.

A little mayo and you got lazy devilled eggs.
I guess boiled eggs are getting phased out for Easter.
Funny, because that would be the easiest way to avoid issues with nut allergies.
Daughter had an egg hunt at school yesterday and she was so excited when I picked her up.

Wow these weekends roll around pretty quick, almost like Monday.

My wife is gone for the week so you know what they say-"While the cat's away the mice will play.

Ooh, like trivial persuit, or chess. The problem is that most games need at least two.

You need to play with yourself.
