Although I am not a member at B&B, I do lurk there. I've been lurking there for about a month. Yep. Noobie. Honestly, I haven't noticed this drama going on. I just read up over there to become informed.

I've noticed over the years that the internet does weird things to people... Being a message board admin seems to be the pinnacle of this weird internet behavior. Glad to see that Lynn & co. are immune to the mind meld of the internet.

I found this thread after I found the Badger & Blade; searched and found it because I was wondering if anybody shared my sentiments. That website made up my mind, not you guys and your horrible experiences. I mean, it is a safety razor board really.

And please, don't get me wrong, Tim Zowada looks to have really fine razors and I'm sure he's a perfect gentleman.

But, he can't forge a Chronik, can he?

Not unless he finds a bit more of the metal that made the sword of the angel that guarded the gates to the Garden of Eden.

    Sorry, couldn't help myself.

I don't know, I hear his damascus is made from the metal left over from the swords of St. Peter, and the angel Gabriel, And then forged in the fires of Mt Olympus...
Of course if those rumors are true, then he also quenches them in 50 year old single malt scotch.

Of course I plan on running extensive tests to prove all of this is true once I am able to raise the appropriate funds to buy one of these masterful works of art.

Oh yes, and we can't forget the necessity of the virgin sacrifice... I'm sure that must come into play somewhere with these blades.

While I saw the whole recent exchange between Joel and Robert unfold and found it very sad, it is time to let it go. Continuing to pump negative energy into this discussion just takes everyone down to that energy level.

Yeah, just buy one of their razors from the bay, remove the scales, and fold it over your head as you would any common tin foil.

I didnt see this thread til now on a search. That joel guy is a joke. Mike, dont feel bad that a guy with a mentality of a 10 year old banned you. The guy is a contradicting joke. I got banned from there for a week for "ungentlemanly behavior". I didnt get scared away LOL. In fact, I got a DOVO straight, a TM strop and shaved 3 times already. Not the best but this takes a long time right?

BTW he doesnt even use a brush when he lathered for his "online video straight shave" LOL

Maybe someone who hasn't been banned can help the poor guy before they scare him away.

Since you mentioned virgins, maybe you can help me. I know this is off-topic but I'm desperate for an answer to a question that's been bothering me for a long time about Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Just how many virgins does it take ... and why are they extra, anyway?

You bother about "virgin-oil"? I have a bigger problem with "baby-oil"... how many babies to the gallon? I have a hitch on two right now... how far will they get me?

I see, you think think "extra-virgin" means more than one virgin. I always wondered if it meant the virgin was more virginal than usual, and was torn as to how one virgin might be more virginal than another virgin. Hence I've tried to stick with truffle oil, because I know I like chocolate.
