Thanked: 3795That's awesome!!!!!!
I learned a valuable lesson AND I'm off the hook for five razors!
Given they were sent by priority mail, I figured they were long gone.
Oh, and George, I hope you like the razors. You probably noticed that they are a little shinier (under the oil) than they were when you sent them, and they should shave a lot better now!Last edited by Utopian; 11-10-2010 at 03:24 PM.

I'm glad they arrived too. This has happened to me before, but fortunately, they turn up sooner or later. If something doesn't turn up, 99% of the time, it was stolen...
As I said, it's really hard for mail to get lost, believe it or not...
P.S. if it's really important, Registered Mail is the way to go, it gets special treatment. It's the most secure mail. Special locked delivery boxes internally, 24 hour security, etc...if I go in the "Red Room" as they call it, I have to sign in and sign out......
Utopian, That was very nice of you to offer reimbursement. You are a true Gentleman sir!Last edited by zib; 11-10-2010 at 03:51 PM.

" All's well that ends well." JimmyHAD ...... or maybe it was William Shakespeare ? Congrats guys, glad it had a happy ending and a lesson learned for many of us who followed the thread.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

That good news. The USPS has only lost 1 piece of mail for me. Even that they brought the remains back to me. Looks like it fell out of the truck into a puddle and run over by multiple cars.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, this thread has definitely inspired me to request insured shipping with tracking numbers on all razors sent out for service.
