Wouldn't matter, you have to be pretty quick around here to beat the "Mexican" Buzzards (YES, I'm referring to a real vulture, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Vulture). Those damn things have invaded and they are quick to a kill.

If you buy into that premise, I suppose it does make sense.
Exactly, and that's the same reason I can't get a Thermo Nuclear device. All this nonsense and trash talk about 'weapons of mass destruction" What twit even coined that phrase? I just want something to put on display in my basement until I can afford an old obsolete ICBM to attach it to. No, they won't let me have that either.

That's another thing. They won't let me get a Street Sweeper and I want one. Why if I had one I could go down to the Prairie Dog City and take care of those pesky critters once and for all.

Seems to me, IIRC the original wording of the so call assault weapon ban stated that ANY firearm ever issued to any military and capable of having a bayonet attached was classified as an assault weapon.

    This qualified.

As did just about every other manually operated rifle ever issued.

Well you see, if nothing were illegal no one would break laws and hence there would be no "bad" people.

Hey, I saw that movie about Davy Crockett at the Alamo and I saw him swinging that musket and killing those invaders by the score. He didn't even need no bullets.
