Yeah not so fast, that does actually hold up in a court of (US) law...
It of course depends on the circumstance but it makes no difference if the gun is real or not.. This is what lead to the "Orange Toy Tips"
And the definition of "Kid" has changed also
Murder plot allegation against fifth-graders stuns Washington town - Los Angeles Times
These two brought real guns to school
Again if they threaten then they should expect a like response in return..
When you show a weapon, threaten to use a weapon, if you don't think you just put yourself in danger then yer living in a dream world...Last edited by gssixgun; 04-13-2013 at 10:34 PM.

Threat is determined by the person being threatened, and how that lines up with how a "reasonable person" in is society would view a legitimate threat.
Just remember that anything you see on TV is guaranteed to be a load of politically biased BS or propaganda.
The "marketing" for the Libyan and Syrian war (and Iraq and every other one) should make any informed person feel sick.
North Korea is on the verge of complete economic destruction, and the only way out is de-socialisation of its economy.
That of course is the administration's worst nightmare, who knows what crazy stuff they will do to try and hold on to power...

Thanked: 1587Personally I'd like to see China step up a bit here and take North Korea under its wing. It is in no one's interests, least of all China, for things to escalate.
Let's face it - you keep teasing the big kids and you'll end up getting punched in the nose no matter how much restraint gets shown. That's not to say it's right to do that, just that it is reality. Something needs to happen before it gets to that point or else there will be bloody noses.

Thanked: 2027I said this early in the thread,The only way N.K will ever get out of the stone age is to go to war and lose.
We will annilate them, not with nukes tho.
Than Like Japan, vietnam,Germany,we will spend gazillions of American taxpayers money to re-build the country and get them back into the 21st century, let history be your guide.

Interesting comments all-Sharpy, the more I REALLY watch and analyze media, the more I get the idea that it's all a marketing machine for the status quo. Look at our own media in the run-up to the 2nd Iraq war in 2003. There was no liberal media vs conservative. It was a unified front, all for a lie, and it cost us in ways we're still counting.
There are many roads to sharp.

And Pixelfixed is almost certainly right. We will eventually destroy NK, then spend 10 years and 2 trillion dollars rebuilding them, cause that's what we do.
There are many roads to sharp.

Thanked: 1587Well yes, the US is humanitarian but it is also not stupid - rogue states threaten world economies and the US is more and more dependent, economically, on a stable world economy (as are we all, for that matter).
Not that I am at all sure what North Korea could or would bring to the world economy if, or when, it becomes a team player. At the moment, however, it is threatening the development of my new Samsung phablet. And if a man has not his phablet, what does he have?

and rebuild there country ( like stated earlier) while our soldiers and fellow countrymen/woman suffer the effects and struggle to heal from such events ...
sooner or later i think we will be at war with N.K. ... they were already playing scenarios on top solider ( or something ) comparing our special forces with there's ( assuming we would send in special forces to take out ground targets before the bombers struck) and we were ranked higher in all aspects except the assault rifle .... of course its like a video game now but id imagine everything is /has been / still is being well thought out !
