Thanked: 4206Thanks gents. She really does have a pretty set of lines.
Todays road tests were positive, no noise from the wheels and the steering seemed nice and tight. Was out for a good 40 minute rip at 30-55 mph pretty steady. @ 55 mph she’s sitting at around 2500 rpm in 4th and the brakes are bedded in, but still feel like a little spongy.. trapped air in the booster maybe..
Dropped my oil pan again and found some cracks in the new fiber gasket I installed during the tear down so went with a pure silicon rubber form a gasket option tonight. It’s curing now but hopefully tomorrow, no more oil leaks.
Carrying on with the final details. Hood alignment is proving a pain in ass but one of those only once chores.
Cheers gents."Depression is just anger,, without the enthusiasm."

Sounds great!
I refrain from things sometimes, but I have not seen a booster like this with the air filter on the bottom.
Don't know if it would make any diff though.
That brake line coming out high might be trapping some air in the loop. Try bleeding it there by cracking the line. Seem a grand place for some air to hide?
You might try to get that bent down hill some? These boosters use a tad of the pedal to move the valve in the booster I do know that.
Mine gets a bit sticky on occasion and bleeding a wheel seems to get it right again. I make sure to bleed a different wheel every time that happens to keep all the fluid fresh.

That loupe is so close to the master/booster that I bet with some helping hands you could blast the fluid or air trapped out of that loupe by opening that fitting and squeezing a caliper or wheel cylinder and quickly closing the fitting. or disconnect it all and put it in a level position and manually compress the master. It's a tough one for sure.
Good luck.
The power bleeder ball would get it. LOL.It's just Sharpening, right?

Thanked: 4206Pan is dry! Last nights goop gasket worked the treat.

The above is the instructions for the booster employed for this upgrade and I will endeavor to bleed another can of dot4 through the system with my mity vac. This far only used a hand pump vac as the bigger unit is a pain to get to atm.
Securing the hood tops today as well as the bumpers hopefully. Old hardware is soaking in kroil to hopefully break free.
Then the outside door handles etc. and another road test!

Hum...Well, it IS impossible to point it downward in the Tiger mounting position, but never any issues to bleed.
The original had the filter on top. Instructions? Bah!
