    The BBC iplayer isnt available to foreign countries because only the UK and Ireland pay licence fees for the television and it is that licence fee which funds the BBC. Why would Joe public UK pay for something when Joe public french could see it that evening for free? I highly doubt that the BBC will give you permission to use it Spike, regardless of the reason. They suck like that.

    Of course some people find illegal ways to rip video from streaming source. But I dont recommend that BECAUSE its illegal. And I dont know how either.

    West coast... Will try to walk up Ben Nevis one of the days and then see what trails are available for day walks...

    Where on the west coast? I live on Bute, an island just off the west coast. There are other west coast of scotland members here too.

    A few years back my wife bought me a mountain hardwear hiking kilt, very comfortable and definitely nice on a hot day. When she purchased it, it wasn't unisex it was for men, they later changed that??
