We have an 11 year old, liver and white, guiness drinking English Springer Spaniel named Mollie. We got her as a rescue at 5 and she's as daft as they day we brought her home.

Thanked: 580Why some men have a Dog and no Wife:
1. The later you are, the more excited your dog is to see you.
2. Dogs don't notice if you call them by another dog's name.
3. Dogs like it if you leave a lot of things on the floor.
4. A dog's parents never visit.
5. Dogs agree that you have to raise your voice to get your point across.
6. Dogs find you amusing when you're drunk.
7. Dogs like to go hunting and fishing.
8. If a dog has babies, you can put an ad in the paper and give them away.
9.A dog will let you put a studded collar on it without calling you a pervert.
10. If a dog smells another dog on you, they don't get mad, they just think it's interesting.
11. If a dog leaves, it won't take half your stuff.
To test this theory, lock your wife and your dog in the garage for an hour.
Then open the door and see who's happy to see you.

This is a my dog Brutus. We know he is half Pit Bull because his mother was a full pit and the vet thinks the father was a Shar-Pei. The mother was given to us and we didnt even know she was pregnant when we got her. He was born at my house and has been with me ever sense. We also have his brother from that littler. His name is Titus and he likes turtles*

Thanked: 11Cheers DaveTheGeordie, English Springers are the best!
Here's a picture of our year old puppy, Fairo, on the hunt for his frisbee. Amazing dog, playful and impossible to tire out outdoors, yet silent and cuddly indoors.
We get him about one hour off leash every morning before we go to work. Brooklyn is awesome for that reason, we live right between two stunning parks that have off-leash hours every day until 9am, and after 9pm. How many cities boast of such accommodations for dog owners?

This little fella showed up on the rig one day. When he started going up to the rig floor I decided it was time he needed a good home. He's turned out to be a good little helper.
SWMBO swore he was a menace but guess who spoiled him rotten!!
Can't do anything with him now.Last night, I shot an elephant in my pajamas..........

We have a 10 year old female American Pit Bull Terrier mix. She is the sweetest, most loving dog I have ever had. I will own no other breed.
