Punch Robusto after work last night. Not a great cigar but it does the job
Carlos Torano Vault this morning...and you know what, this is the first CT I've had where I'm rather indifferent about it...not sure if I enjoyed it or not?
Forgive the quality of the attached photo, I am quite sure it is on par if someone were to have used a potato instead of a cell phone camera.

Started early and still going:
La Aroma de Cuba Mi Amor Churchill
La Aroma de Cuba Old Blend (red band at foot) Lancero
Litto Gomez Small Batch #4
Tatuaje Fausto #140
San Cristobal Monumento
and I ain't done yet, neither!
Nubbing an Oliva V Melanio right now. Still like the original V better. Give them about 3 years of rest in the humi and they are an awesome smoke.
Tried to smoke a Rocky Patel Olde World Vintage Toro today
No offense to those that like it, but it was really not my taste. Couldn't get through more than 10 min. I'm totally baffled since it is such a highly rated cigar. The one I had was like smoking a dirty old boot i.e. leathery, earthy, putrid
Maybe I got a bad stick.
No, you did not. Use to like Rocky about 6 years ago. Quality has tanked, wrote them off and moved on.
RASSCC a good short time smoke. To hot and humid sitting the garage this afternoon to go with anything else. : P
La Reloba again for the commute.
Hasn't failed to deliver.

Ace, I've seen the San Cristobal Cigars, what are they like?
Mike
Had a Hammer and Sickle Hermitage Robusto this evening.
Tried and true Brickhouse for the commute this morning!

Lovely really.

How are those "Cohiba's"
I have had avoided the brand as a matter of principle.
However, I am still curious how they stack up to the Habana. :)
Mike
Yep, change is the spice of life.
We'll have to test the difference if ya ever get up here :)
Mike
Litto Gomez Diez Lusitano
Perdomo Oro Maduro Toro
El Rico Habano Maduro Torpedo
Hot and miserable or not it was time to hone a razor and enjoy an R&J Cazadores. I do love these when they get to sit in the foil wrapper
untouched for a few years. : )

A Padilla 1932 torpedo I found while humi diving. Got these a good 6 years ago before Padilla went to pot. I had half a box of them in the bottom of my aging humi.
Work and home, round trip is 130km...gotta do something while driving!
Another BH for the commute this morning...!

Nice stick while driving a couple night ago.
If that's the 5x50 Bully, I quite enjoyed the one I smoked.
The figurado is even better :)
Mike

Here's a pic of the best care package I ever received in Afghanistan - Cigars for Warriors...

Early morning with a La Aroma de Cuba Mi Amor Magnifico.
God, I smoked almost nothing but Cohiba's in Kandahar - got them from the Dutch PX. Had them all taken away in Kuwait when I was heading home.
Dude, that sucks :(
Damn the embargo
@mcbladescar - on the upside, once we were told we would have to give them up, we smoked away and cleared just about everything before the flight out.
My life in Afghanistan - near beer and Cohibas.

Diplomáticos No.4, 42 x 129 (5.1").
Discontinued 2010.
But these Cuban cigars have a very nice flavor.

I miss Diplomaticos terribly. The 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7's all discontinued. : (
