    Hey Thomas......Just bought another loaf of Stollen and got it in the freezer for aging. I love me some Stollen .

    Never got it in the freezer!!!
    This product has a lot of animal fat and you can eat the really Stollen until spring...

    The guy told me to put it in there and it would keep and age...he's a real German so I trust him . In any event...well see how long I can last before I cave in to temptation. I used to put butter on it but, most times I like it natural as it's so good.

    As you know...most of the Germans are stupid...
    Store the Stollen cool (below 15ºC / 59ºF but do not get it to the freezer!
    I live near Dresden, we are the experts!
    Give this German fool a headbutt with greatings from Saxony.

    Okay.......I'll do that.......maybe ha ha. I alredy put it in the freezer last night though...If I put it in the fridge will it be okay or should I just thaw it and eat it and wait till next year for a new loaf???

    Change it from freezer to a place below 59F and wait some days. You don't need a fridge. And don't forget the headbutt / running forearm...

    Before you eat the Stollen...Coat with melted butter, sprinkle with powder sugar.

    It already is buttered and powdered. massively in fact.
