    Erinmore flakes from Peterson. Aka 0500 early morning pipe while passing the ruins of Bomarsund in Åland.

    There used to be a naval fortress but it was destroyed at 1854 by the French & British fleets and the landing troops of 12 000 during the Crimean war. The northern theater of the war is called as a War of Åland here.

    Nowadays just few stones left but the Battle of Bomarsund - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia is still famous.

    G'evening Gents. First pipe in about a week, SJF in an autograph 4. Just got back from boston. When w/the wife & kids for an extended Memorial weekend. Took some pipes, but never found time/right place to smoke. Ate some good oysters, though.
