In my opinion, It's pretty low in the Nicotine factor... But you are also talking with a person that always has a big dip of high strength smokeless tobacco in his lip...

Pipe near the bottom end of the Gulf of Finland, at our eastern naval border. Erinmore flakes from Svendborg.
In the distance there's an island that used to be Suursaari, part of our country. Population was about 750.
There were several heavy battles between Finland, Germany and Soviet in 1918 and between 1939-1944. Now the name is Гогланд, part of Russia since 1944.
