Shelled out a few beans yesterday for a new (restored) pipe and some Dunhill Aperitif. Tin cost more than the pipe did! Out of all the pipes in the bin i liked this Dr. Grabow the best. The aroma of the Aperitif inspired me to finally go do some research on the different types of pipe tobacco.. very interesting subject and lots to learn. Well i had an hour to kill this morning before heading downstate to the folks house. Decided to give myself a little break. My local neighborhood chipmunk snuck into the shot as well

    Happy weekend sirs!!

First pipe as a 40 year old. 1776 Musket Blend in my free hand Capri. Church was good, leftover gyro platter was good and the pipe is nice too.

Started the day with the Sunday New York times and a cob of BillyBudd. Enjoyed both. Just finished, and keeping a nautical theme, had my first go at PirateKake in my estate GBD Lovat. I can see this blend as a permanent fixture. The Pirate Kake made me to lazy to take a picture. : P
