Here she is with a few more add-ons. Not sure if I am going to keep the vertical foregrip, but the light, stock, and sidesaddle are keepers for sure!

The business end (shot from a mirror, I'm not that stupid )

In the ready position (kept here at night and returned to the safe during the day when I am not home).

I've been wanting to put a light on mine as well...

Side saddle looks "at home", now you know what I ment when I said that it makes it better than factory & in my mind strengthens the receiver.

    Looks great.

Are you going to put a carry strap on it?

What type ammo are you using and how have you divided it up on your carrier.

Let us know how the verticle forend works out.

There are some good dvds from Thunder Ranch and Gunsite available.

Remington has come out with some home defense ammo for the shotgun. I have not tried any out yet.

    Good Shooting!

I don't think so. It's a grab and go gun. I will have to try and keep my distance from any bad guys I guess.

In the side saddle, the black shells are 00 buck reduced recoil (Remington LE shells) and the red ones are Federal Tactical 00 buck with a flight control wad that keeps the shot pattern tight. (about 4 inches at 25 yards! Not bad for an 18" cylinder choke barrel) The magazine holds a less lethal bean bag followed by #2 federal personal defense low recoil (3) and then low recoil federal tactical 00 buck (2). An LEO in the area advised me of this set up so that if I use it I can show that I escalated force.

    Good Shooting!
    Thanks!

It is a bomb proof piece of gear for sure. The pins fit really tightly and the screws got a light coat of blue threadlocker before going in.

I've never shot those. Seems like it could be hell on the bore. Have you used them Kelly?

They make all kinds of weirdo ammo in 12ga.
