You are not alone. The man was a true artist whose influence spanned genres as well as decades. There is a big Bowie-shaped hole in my world this morning, but as Simon Pegg so perfectly put it:

While I'm listening to the entire CD here at home here's the lead off song from 'Last Man Standing' Jimmy Page on guitar and of course the Killer himself on piano.
Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

It's a bit of a bowie overload at the moment, not that I care, a good opportunity for a retrospective, it's just a shame that a load of people who never liked or knew his music before will all of a sudden be aficionados for a week or so.
