Danish band called Dizzy Mizz Lizzy. I heard them live last weekend at a unofficial concert before they start their tour for the summer with the new album. Can't wait to hear them again at Roskilde Festival.

I have theory this song is really about the Pinaud trade in southern Florida.

Im on a Hank Williams kick today..
Ramblin man, So Lonesome i Could Cry, Alone and Forsaken and Lost Highway.. some of my favs all in rotation today.
And no im not depressed..lol. Hank is just the man.

Been a longtime Gordon Lightfoot fan. This one takes me back a long way... Amazing how music can take one back to times and places so long ago..

Awoke today to the heartbreaking news that Gord Downie has terminal brain cancer. They will be doing one final tour this summer, and god help anyone that gets between me and a ticket.
And so today it will be all Hip all day chez cangooner.
The song Gord wrote in memory of his little nephew captures the mood pretty well...
Once of the best live bands I've ever seen, with one of the most charismatic and wonderfully strange frontmen ever, they will be badly missed up here.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
