My daughter had to put her best friend down at the fine age of 14. A sweet calico cat named tiger tail that got to hear every song Erin has ever written, as they were created, until this one.
This is Erin's first video post in a few years, a nice tribute to her buddy, and a clever song in its own right.

Me, biased as I am, find the tune and cadence grows on me.
Cheers gentlemen.
John Fahey on 8-track because why the hell not? Great record!

Jeff Buckley- Hallelujah
Saw the latest iteration of ELO with Jools Holland last night. IMO, not as good as the original Electric Light Orchestra, or the one featured here, but Jeff Lynn continues to get away with calling whomever he can assemble at the time, ELO.
Anyway, a pretty good performance of a good tune ..

Slick black Cadillac- Quiet Riot!
For obvious reasons, at this side of the pond several European national anthems and this song has been on the air lately. Many times a day.
Personally i'm not so much about this song but i can live with it. Great games going on for a month.

Here's a little Rod Stewart at the Royal Albert Hall. The 'High Quality' version that I 'used to watch' is for some reason now 'Banned in my country'. What a bunch of BS!
Anyway I hope all will enjoy it.

12+ years ago I was sitting at the store's breakroom having lunch. Apparently this young kid had 'Discovered Eric Clapton' and he was going on and on about how cool Crossroads and Sunshine of Your Love were and that he'd recorded them in '74.
I told him, "Son, your off by about 4 or 5 years he did those back in '67 and '68'. He got a bit cranky and said; "How do you know man"? I said; "Cuz I'm old, I was there". He said; "How old are you man"? I said; "I'm 50".
He blurted out "GOD you ARE Old, your older than my parents". I just said; "Told you I was old" and went back to eating my lunch.
Now how about a little Clapton:shrug:

Unfortunately, I graduated high school in 1967! :boohoo:
BTW... How many holes does it take to fill The Albert Hall?
'67 was a very good year!!! :tu
I don't know how many 'holes' it takes to fill the Royal Albert Hall but one site says that the seating capacity is:
The maximum seating capacity of the Royal Albert Hall in London, England is 5,272. For most event the seating capacity is listed at 4,951.
Here's a virtual tour of that Magnificent Hall.

"Booker T." by the Velvets. More '67 stuff. Saw the VU exhibit in Paris a couple of weeks back and it was awesome. Hope it turns up in a venue near you...
