If I was, it would be Maker's Mark...
Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated...

Thanked: 50Not sipping at the moment. But it would most likely be an Islay like Laphroaig or Smoke Head.

Thanked: 1Not a Canadian whiskey fan, but pretty much anything else. Love the McCallan 15 (not the 18) and Sazerac Rye.

Quite partial to a 15yr or 18yr old Glenfiddich myself.

Scotch
Currently drinking Chivas Regal 12 yr blended. It was a christmas/birthday gift from my aunt and uncle. I personally prefer a single malt( typically McClelland's) Highland or Lowland. Not a big iodine fan myself (speyside/islay).
Thinking about braving the cold to enjoy this glass with a nice Romeo Y Julieta short churchill (habana cuba). Good night all and a good shave to you all too.

Thanked: 94Coal Ila 10 y.o. private bottling by Hart Brothers. I think I might detect some peat and smoke in it.

Nothing fancy here. Just plain old Jameson. Though from my lack of experience I think I may need to branch out a bit more.
