Thread: Any Russians lurking about ??

Yeah...even if I was gonna marry,I would prefer a lady a little closer to my age. No Daddy complex here thanks ha ha !

Honestly though guys,I'm not really interested so much in whether I'm gonna get married or what great citizens Russians make or how good or bad my Russian is(cause it's non existent).I'm interested in they're customs and culture. Hey you Russians out there.How do you like to drink your Chaj ? What's your favorite foods.Whaddya do for fun and how do ya go about it ? What do ya like to shave with such as Brand of razor or soap.Where do you get your gear from over their ? How's the weather.Me aside,fine then for the sake of everyone's curiosity,..how are the ladies and why are they so dangerous?? What's family life like over their ?? What tobacco do ya like and what pipes do you like the best ?? I am interested in yer culture cause I don't know a whole lot and it just seems everyone wants to make it so mysterious ? Sorry but I seem to be more the brunt of The Joke when I really am genuinely curious ?

So here's my defense........Right now I am reading Chekov.I don't read novels but I'm curious to know the Russian mind.I am struggling to learn some Russian because I love to hear it spoken and think it's a neat language including the alphabet.I like the peasant culture and they're architecture.I love to cook and am learning the style of cuisine.Would I like a Russian wife? Well if she were nice and we got along like best of friends hell yes.It's a culture that intrigues me and the family I know and the priest I know encourage me to enjoy their culture and so I am.

i too love the russians.. i have yet to really enjoy any russian food.. but the few russians i have met have always been very warm and enjoyable people.

russian women are beautiful and i wouldn't mind having one for a wife.. even if she were connected somehow.. i like the idea of having my new brother in laws mikhail and sergei straighten some guy out if they step out of line.

Yeah but ya don't wanna tick the family off Y'know.

Guys......I'm sorry for goin off like I did.It just seems like finding out about the culture and all has been like snipe hunting in the forest and then feeling like a fool for doing it is all.

yeah.. i plan on winning my wife's heart.. not matter who she end up being.. and as a brother.. i know that no brother would hurt his sister like that.. it's not like i'm carlo and going to end up having sonny whacked or anything..
