If you have to have a check to consider it a job I have only had one but I started earning money when I was 11 by playing video game tournaments. I did alot of odd jobs modding game systems, building custom pc towers. I got A+ certified for a home electrician but never did anything with it.
my grandfather owned a construction company so I knew how to drive any type of bulldozer and also did home upgrades: raise ceiling, resurface fireplaces, cement, wood floors, tile work for freinds and neighbors since I couldn't afford to get certified. I then joined the USAF and was a aircraft electrician for four years till I separated in July this year. I am now a full time student trying to get a degree in electrical engineering living off the GI bill till the economy picks back up.
This amounts to a resume that has very little job experience and near worthless

Wow, some very interesting careers so far..
I am still stuck in my first choice. Work in Hotels for a living for the last 19 years and the the last 8 years with the same company. Am moving to a new country and sometimes continenet every 2 years or so. There are a couple of other things I would like to try out but have not fixed a target date yet. Will change when I feel like it and an opportunity comes along.

I shave for a living.
The pay sucks so in my off days, I work as a Pitchman.
Don't know what that is...think Billy Mays, Anthony Sullivan....yep, that's what I do. The guys that demonstrate products at state fairs and the like...
We are known as Pitchmen. It's actually known as the second oldest profession. The first...any guesses?
It rhymes with constitution.

Thanked: 2I'm an organist and choir director. Once I graduated and realized that salary wasn't exactly gonna pay rent, I started sitting at a desk during the week. They pay me enough to get by, and I can listen to all the Widor and Buxtehude I want

I'm a dermatology professor. It involves me seeing skin patients and teaching med students and residents how to practice dermatology. I also run a basic research lab studying cancer and skin disease. But of interest to those on this forum, I've also discovered a protein which triggers hair formation. Its still at the basic research level for now but eventually I would like to take it into clinical trials. Anyway, for those interested, here are some links.
Cheers,
Pete
