Same here, I cannot plan that far ahead. I would really like to be there, but I am not sure if it will work out. I have put it on my calendar. It has been 3 or 4 years since I have attended a meet-up.

I'm retiring in the middle of May this year and Iowa isn't TOO far away. To many unknowns at this point, but I'll jot this down on the calender.... "Just in case".

According to the map it is about 10.5 hour drive for you. That means you'd pretty much have to drive one day, do the meet-up the next, and drive back the next day. If you decide you can make it, you could stop at my place in Rochester MN to spend the night and then we could do the 3 hour drive together each way on the day of the meet-up and then spend the night again before you head home on the next day. If you can handle smoking in a car, then maybe both of us could ride with Randy. I'm not volunteering him. I'm just listing some potential options.
