The sticky wicket will be Mrs. Zero, who will undoubtedly insist we take the camper and stay here and there on our way. I know she'd like to see Valleyfair, so that will be the "draw" to get her to go.

Honestly, it's still too early to make any plans.... Even my retirement isn't set in stone yet, I've been tossing darts at the calendar, and they seem to stick somewhere around the 15th, but until I serve my notice, nothing will happen. There is also the issue of moving west once I retire, it's pretty much a given, but when exactly is also up in the air.

Thanks for the options though... Once upon a time, I was riding on two wheels and the Mrs. was just glad I was out of the house, and on my way to Fargo ND! These days it seems to be a different story.

The only good part to the story will be that I'll be closer to visiting Gssixgun if I move west.

Otherwise, I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around the possibility of not having to go to work and just making ends meet.....

    Regards

As far as I know, yes, it still is a go. Howard Clark is hosting and he mentioned it in the past few days at the TX meet-up so it's still in his calendar.

This one will be worth missing out on a little sleep!

Hey guys, utopian has invited me to a couple events but I have never been able to make it work. I'll keep this date in mind and see if I get there. I live in Johnston so hopefully I can make it!

No, this is a regular meet-up open to anyone. If you want and are able to come, then you are welcome there.

The other thing you are thinking of is a specific class. Randy says it's for 5 people and I was told 4. Either way, who cares? I'm one of them!

If it makes a difference that is Memorial Day weekend.

Would you consider having a two day event?

if anything has been abnormal for a long enough period it then becomes normal.

That would be great if you could come; and maybe I'll have answered your PMs before then!

I think I heard Howard say that he was going to check with his wife to see if it could be made into a two day event. If so, then that would make the trip a little more worthwhile for you.
